The BC-B002 Intercontinental Cooler provides up to 60 hours of cooling support under controlled test conditions when the Blue BioGel Bottle and Emergency Bottle are prepared and used as directed.

1. Freeze the Blue BioGel Bottle

Place the Blue BioGel Bottle in a freezer at approximately −18°C / 0°F for 6–8 hours before use.

2. Prepare the Frozen BioGel Bottle

After removing it from the freezer, let it rest at room temperature for approximately 15–30 minutes, or rinse the outside under regular tap water for 30–60 seconds.

This helps moderate the surface temperature before packing.

3. Protect Your Injection Devices

Place injection pens or devices inside the included protective pouches or use another suitable protective layer.

Avoid prolonged direct contact between injection devices and the frozen BioGel Bottle.

4. Load the Cooler

Place the prepared Blue BioGel Bottle and injection devices inside the cooler.

Arrange the devices naturally without excessive pressure and make sure the lid can close completely.

5. Close and Carry

Tighten the lid securely and use the foldable carry handle when needed.

Keep the cooler closed as much as possible during travel. Frequent or prolonged opening may reduce cooling duration.

6. Use the Emergency Bottle When Needed

For the extended cooling setup, prepare the Emergency Bottle according to the included instructions and place it inside the cooler as directed.

Do not pour ice or water directly into the main cooler body.
