An insulin cooler is one of my favorite T1D tips. As a family of three T1Ds having the ability to carry 7 insulin pens on a vacation or long weekend is AMAZING 🤩 We can also carry less if we are just going out for the day.
It also keeps our insulin cold for so long. The blue bottle has a cooling time of up to 48 hours. If a white emergency bottle is used, the cooling time can reach 60 hours. 🤩
They provide a thermometer so you can keep track of your insulins temperature!
