For me, one of the biggest challenges is parking the car under the sun☀️🚗, where the direct sunlight can heat up the temperature to over 50 degrees.😖
I just took a photo in the car, in the store parking lot, where it was 45 degrees ❗️while the cooler kept my insulin at a safe 3-degree temperature.😌
Even though there is air conditioning in the car, I am glad that I don’t have to expose my insulin to this heat even for 5 minutes ❤️ (I am happy that I survive that heat 😅).
