Introduction to DISONCARE Hard Insulin Coolers

  • 18/8 FOOD GRADE STAINLESS STEEL, DOUBLE VACUUM

All DISONCARE hard insulin coolers are made of solid 18/8 food-grade stainless steel on the outer and inner layers, with an air vacuum layer in the middle. The double-layer vacuum design can minimize heat conduction, convection and radiation, so that the impact of external temperature changes on the internal temperature is minimized. Whether it is hot summer or cold winter, the cooler can maintain a constant low temperature environment. The durability and good insulation performance of the hard insulin cooler can fully protect the safety of your medicines.

  • HOW LONG DOES THE INSULIN COOLER KEEP COOL

All DISONCARE hard insulin coolers are equipped with blue gel bottles. Please put them in the freezer of the refrigerator for 6-10 hours before use. The blue gel bottle starts to freeze at 2 degrees Celsius to store cold energy. After taking the blue gel bottle out of the refrigerator and putting it into the cooler, the gel bottle will slowly release the cold energy. In conjunction with the vacuum cooler, it can maintain cooling time for up to 48 hours. If a white emergency bottle is used, the cooling time can reach 60 hours.

Taking the outdoor temperature of 35 degrees Celsius as an example:

The internal temperature of the cooler is 2°C-8°C/ 35.6 -46.4, which can be maintained for 24 hours.

The internal temperature of the cooler is 2°C-25°C / 35.6 -77and can be maintained for 48 hours.

  • INSULIN COOLER MODEL GUIDE

All DISONCARE hard insulin coolers are divided into models according to the number of injection pens that can be accommodated. There are three model series: Intercontinental, Odyssey, and Holiday.

The white emergency bottle can be filled with ice water for temporary use in an emergency. Depending on the actual temperature of the ice water, the internal temperature will be maintained for about 12 hours.

The Intercontinental series can accommodate 5-7 injection pens, with large internal capacity, slender appearance design, and equipped with a handle ring, which is easy to carry. It is suitable for long-term travel or group travel, and needs to carry a large amount of insulin.

The Odyssey series can accommodate 2-3 injection pens, with a golden size, coordinated proportions, and easy to hold in one hand. It is suitable for travel or outdoor activities within 2 days to 15 days. (The Odyssey series also has a digital temperature display model to choose from).

The Holiday series can accommodate 1 injection pen, and the appearance is extremely delicate and compact, suitable for single-day travel and long-term commuting or people with unstable working environment temperature.
