•The inner and outer layers of the cooler are made of 18/8 (304) food-grade stainless steel, and the middle is a double-layered vacuum.

•Put the blue gel bottle in the freezer for 6-8H before use. After taking it out， the gel bottle will slowly release the coldness, Put it in the vacuum cooler and keep cold for up to 48H in an outdoor environment of 86℉(30℃).

Yes, all of our coolers can maintain refrigerator temperatures (35-46°F / 2-8°C) to ensure the safety of your medications, just like they would be in your home refrigerator. The cooling duration will vary depending on:

Our highest-performing cooler is a large capacity one that can hold 7 pens. When used with gel packs and ice bottles, it can maintain temperatures for up to 74 hours.

When traveling by plane, it’s not safe to keep temperature-sensitive medications like insulin on hold. Hazardous temperature and atmosphere conditions could damage your meds. That’s why we’ve designed all our travel coolers for medicines to be TSA-approved. You can go through airport security with them and board the plane with your refrigerated medications。
