DISONCARE offers free returns, exchanges, refunds, resends, replacement parts, or accessories within 30 days of delivery when the request is related to a quality issue, shipping damage, incorrect item, missing required accessory, or another mistake caused by DISONCARE.

For non-quality returns, products may be returned within 30 days after delivery if they are unused, clean, complete, and in their original packaging where reasonably possible. Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise required by applicable law.
