DISONCARE biedt gratis retouren, ruilingen, terugbetalingen, herverzendingen, vervangende onderdelen of accessoires binnen 30 dagen na levering wanneer het verzoek betrekking heeft op een kwaliteitsprobleem, schade aan verzending, verkeerd artikel, ontbrekend benodigd accessoire of een andere fout veroorzaakt door DISONCARE.

Bij retouren van mindere kwaliteit kunnen producten binnen 30 dagen na levering worden teruggestuurd als ze ongebruikt, schoon, compleet en waar redelijkerwijs mogelijk in originele verpakking zijn. Retourverzendkosten zijn de verantwoordelijkheid van de klant, tenzij anders vereist door de toepasselijke wet.
