30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, clean, complete, and in its original packaging where reasonably possible. All included accessories, parts, instructions, and packaging should be returned together with the product.
We inspect all returned items before processing a refund, exchange, resend, or replacement.
30-Day Free Returns & Exchanges for Quality-Related Issues
DISONCARE offers free returns, exchanges, refunds, resends, replacement parts, or accessories within 30 days of delivery when the issue is caused by a product quality problem or an error on our side.
Quality-related issues may include:
1. The product arrives defective or damaged.
2. The product does not work properly under normal use.
3. The wrong item was sent.
4. Required accessories or parts are missing.
5. The issue was caused by a DISONCARE mistake.
For approved quality-related returns or exchanges, DISONCARE will cover the return shipping cost or provide a suitable replacement, resend, refund, replacement part, or accessory.
Non-Quality Returns
If the product is not defective and the return is requested for personal reasons, such as changing your mind, ordering the wrong item, or no longer needing the product, the product may still be returned within 30 days after delivery if it is unused, clean, complete, and in its original packaging where reasonably possible.
For non-quality returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law. If DISONCARE provides a prepaid shipping label for a non-quality return, the return shipping fee may be deducted from the refund amount.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days after the day you, or a person designated by you, receives the last item in your order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can submit a request through your customer account or order page by using the “Returns & Cancellations” link available on our website. You may also contact us at hello@disoncare.com if you need assistance.
For orders that have not yet been fulfilled, you may request a cancellation before shipment. For orders that have already been delivered, you may submit a return request within the applicable withdrawal or return period.
Returned products should be sent back in a clean, complete, and original condition, including all accessories, instructions, and packaging where reasonably possible, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
For non-defective returns or withdrawals, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law or unless DISONCARE agrees to cover the cost.
How to Return an Item
1. Submit a return or cancellation request through the “Returns & Cancellations” link on our website. You can also email us at hello@disoncare.com and include your order number, full name, and the best email address to contact you.
2. Tell us the product or products you wish to return, exchange, cancel, or report as defective. If your request is related to a quality issue, please include photos or videos showing the issue when possible.
3. We will review your request within 2–3 business days.
4. If your return request is approved, we will send you return instructions. If a prepaid shipping label is provided for a non-quality return, the shipping fee may be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Pack the product securely and send back all items, accessories, instructions, and original packaging where reasonably possible.
6. Your refund will be processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned products.
Defective Products and Returns Due to Our Error
If there is a mistake with your order, or if the product arrives defective or damaged, we will offer a replacement, refund, resend, replacement part, or accessory as appropriate.
If the return is due to our error or a product quality issue, DISONCARE will cover the cost of return shipping. If the product is not defective and the return is requested for other reasons, return shipping fees will apply unless otherwise required by applicable law.
