OUR RETURN POLICY

We want to be sure you’re as happy with your DISONCARE products as we are. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns for a refund within 180 days of your purchase, provided it has not been customized, is unused, and is still in its original packaging, and it meets the remaining eligibility criteria outlined below. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.

Shipping Options and Rates

We have made every effort to get your order processed and shipped faster. For the fastest shipping, please place your order before 12:00 PM CT. Orders placed after 12:00 PM CT will take an additional business day to process. Weekends and holidays are excluded. All "delivery dates" are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without notice.A variety of shipping options are available to you, but may be limited by the product purchased or your local shipping options. Please note that we do not currently offer expedited shipping on any custom products.

Packages shipped to AK, HI, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses are not covered by the standard shipping policy.

Our Shipping Policy

We want to get your DSIONCARE to you as quickly as possible. That's why we make every effort to process your order quickly so you can get the most out of your gear as soon as possible. DISONCARE offers free UPS Ground shipping on qualifying orders of $89.00 and over shipped in the continental United States and EU countries such as the UK, Germany, France, etc.

Reminder: All custom products require an additional 1-2 days of processing time.

Shipping Holidays

DISONCARE and UPS will not ship or deliver on the following dates in 2024. Please note that shipping estimates will be from the next business day.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Intercontinental, Odyssey, and Holiday series insulin coolers are available in the Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Australia, Japan. They will be shipped by local warehouses within 24 hours after placing an order, and the goods can be received in 3-5 days.

Most European countries and regions ship through the German warehouse within 24 hours, and the goods can be received in 3-8 days.

Other countries and regions ship through the Chinese warehouse within 24 hours, and the goods can be received in 8-15 days.

INS AND OUTS OF THE DISONCARE RETURN POLICY

To be eligible for a free return, the following criteria must be met:

1. All returns must be related to a disoncare.com order.
2. All merchandise must be non-customized, unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
3. DISONCARE does not offer returns on DISONCARE products purchased outside of disoncare.com or through our retail program. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.
4. All returns must be processed through our Returns portal within 30 days of the original purchase. Once approved, a Return LABEL will be provided.
5. All returns must have a packing slip provided.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed. Times may increase during peak holiday periods. Refunds will be returned to the original form(s) of payment used for the purchase. If you used multiple forms of payment, your refunds will go back to all payment methods used. DISONCARE does not offer store credit or gift cards in exchange for returned products unless a DISONCARE provided merchandise credit was applied to the original purchase. DISONCARE does not accept returns on customized products.

Any shipping costs from the original order and any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Orders shipped to an APO/FPO address are not eligible for free return shipping.

For exchanges, please return your item(s) for a full refund and place a new order on disoncare.com for the correct item.

DISONCARE does not price match with dealers or competitors.

SHIPPING YOUR RETURN

We recommend the following guidelines when shipping your return:

1. Pack your item securely to ensure no damage to the returned product during transit.
2. You may use the original product packaging or your own. Please make sure any reference to old tracking numbers is completely removed.
3. Please keep all spare parts intact, as missing parts may prevent you from receiving a refund. Attach your return label securely to the package.
4. Ship your return using the shipping label provided. We recommend keeping a copy of your delivery receipt for your records.

If you choose to use your shipper, please include the original order information or the return RMA number inside the box (do NOT write directly on the product). We recommend selecting a service that allows package tracking and keeping the tracking number for your records. Any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable.
