Use the included protective pen pouch, the medication’s original packaging, or another suitable barrier between the pen and the BioGel bottle. After removing the BioGel bottle from the freezer, leave it at room temperature for 15–30 minutes or rinse the outside under normal tap water for 30–60 seconds.
