Under controlled testing with the Blue BioGel Bottle and Emergency Bottle:

At 30°C / 86°F

• 2–8°C / 36–46°F: Approx. 36 hours
  
• 2–25°C / 36–77°F: Up to 60 hours
  

At 35°C / 95°F

• 2–8°C / 36–46°F: Approx. 32 hours
  
• 2–25°C / 36–77°F: Up to 50 hours
  

At 40°C / 104°F

• 2–8°C / 36–46°F: Approx. 30 hours
  
• 2–25°C / 36–77°F: Up to 48 hours
  

Cooling Setup

Step 1 — Freeze the Blue BioGel Bottle

Place the Blue BioGel Bottle in a freezer at approximately −18°C / 0°F for 6–8 hours before use.

Step 2 — Prepare the Frozen BioGel Bottle

After removing it from the freezer, either:

• leave it at room temperature for approximately 15–30 minutes, or
  
• rinse the outside under normal tap water for approximately 30–60 seconds.
  

This step helps moderate the surface temperature of the frozen BioGel Bottle before packing.

Step 3 — Prepare Your Injection Devices

Place your compatible injection devices in the included protective pouch or use another suitable barrier where appropriate.

Avoid prolonged direct contact between injection devices and the frozen BioGel Bottle.

Step 4 — Load the Cooler

Place the prepared Blue BioGel Bottle and compatible injection devices inside the cooler. Arrange the contents without excessive pressure and make sure the lid can close completely.

Step 5 — Close and Carry

Close the lid securely and keep the cooler closed as much as possible during travel.

Step 6 — Use the Emergency Bottle When Needed

For extended cooling support, prepare and use the Emergency Bottle according to the included instructions.
