Holiday Series:
Compact option designed for 1 compatible injection pen, with up to 16 hours of cooling support.

Odyssey Series:
Flexible-capacity option for up to 3 selected insulin pens, with up to 60 hours of cooling support. Odyssey is available with a Standard Lid, Digital Temperature Display, or Mechanical Dial Temperature Display.


Intercontinental Series:
Extended-capacity options for users carrying multiple compatible injection devices. BC-B002 offers a 1–5 pen capacity range with up to 60 hours of cooling support, while BC-B003 offers a larger 1–7 pen capacity range with up to 74 hours of cooling support.

Before using a DISONCARE cooler, prepare the Blue BioGel Bottle according to the recommended setup process.

First, freeze the Blue BioGel Bottle at approximately −18°C / 0°F for 6–8 hours before use.

After removing it from the freezer, either:

• Leave it at room temperature for approximately 15–30 minutes,
• Or rinse the outside under normal tap water for approximately 30–60 seconds.

Before packing an injection device, use the included protective pouch or another suitable barrier where appropriate. Avoid prolonged direct contact between an injection device and a freshly frozen BioGel Bottle.

Proper preparation helps the cooler setup perform as intended during travel. Cooling performance varies with ambient temperature, packing arrangement, device load, and travel conditions. Always follow the storage instructions provided with your specific medication.

Whenever possible, keep essential medication and its cooling supplies accessible in your carry-on baggage rather than relying on checked baggage.

Airline, airport-security, and destination-country requirements can vary. Confirm the current rules with the relevant airline and security authorities before departure.
