DISONCARE, teslimattan sonraki 30 gün içinde, talep bir kalite sorunu, kargo hasarı, yanlış ürün, eksik gerekli aksesuar veya DISONCARE'den kaynaklanan başka bir hatayla ilgili olduğunda ücretsiz iade, değişim, geri ödeme, yeniden gönderim, yedek parça veya aksesuar sunar.

Kalite dışı iadeler için, ürünler teslimattan sonraki 30 gün içinde kullanılmamış, temiz, eksiksiz ve makul ölçüde mümkünse orijinal ambalajında olmak koşuluyla iade edilebilir. İade kargo ücretleri, yürürlükteki yasalarca aksi belirtilmedikçe müşterinin sorumluluğundadır.
