The DISONCARE Holiday Series is the most compact hard medication cooler in the current DISONCARE range. It is designed for 1 compatible injection pen or device, making it a practical option for commuting, appointments, daily carry and shorter outings when you do not need additional device capacity.

Because Holiday has a slim internal chamber, the exact injection-device format matters. Two products used for similar therapies may have very different external dimensions, and a wider single-dose device may not fit even when a slimmer multi-dose pen does.

Use this guide to check Holiday fit for insulin pens, GLP-1 injection devices and selected other injection devices before ordering.

Holiday Fit at a Glance

Holiday is a single-device cooler. A device appearing on the fit list does not mean multiple units should be packed. Fit refers to the physical device and does not determine the medication's required storage conditions.

Holiday Dimensions and Usable Space

The Holiday cooler has a slim cylindrical design intended to minimize bulk during daily carry. Its dimensions are:

• Overall height: approximately 8.66 in / 22 cm
• Usable internal height: approximately 7.5 in / 19 cm
• Outer diameter: approximately 1.9 in / 4.8 cm
• Usable internal width: approximately 1.18 in / 3 cm
• Usable internal depth: approximately 1 in / 2.5 cm

The full device should fit with the cap attached and with the intended protective pouch or suitable barrier included in the packing setup.

Do not compare device diameter only with the cooler's outer diameter. The usable internal space is smaller because the stainless-steel body, insulation structure and cooling component occupy part of the overall width.

Insulin Pens That Fit Holiday

Holiday is designed for 1 compatible insulin pen. Many common insulin pens use relatively slim pen-style housings and may be suitable for Holiday when their full dimensions fall within the usable space.

How to Check an Insulin Pen

• Identify the full insulin pen name and device version.
• Measure the device with its cap attached.
• Check both full length and widest external diameter.
• Include the protective pouch or suitable barrier in your real packing setup.
• Pack only one compatible pen in Holiday unless a different configuration has been specifically confirmed.

GLP-1 Injection Devices That Fit Holiday

Holiday fits selected compact GLP-1 injection-device formats one at a time. The following device formats are currently included in the Holiday fit reference:

• Victoza — 1 compatible pen
• Byetta — 1 compatible pen
• Lyxumia — 1 compatible pen
• Xultophy — 1 compatible pen
• Soliqua — 1 compatible pen
• Mounjaro KwikPen — 1 compatible device
• Wegovy U.S. pen format — 1 compatible device
• Wegovy FlexTouch — 1 compatible pen

The exact device version matters. For example, a KwikPen or slimmer pen format should not be treated as physically identical to a wider single-dose injection device sold under the same medication family.

GLP-1 Devices That Do Not Fit Holiday

Holiday's compact internal chamber is not suitable for several wider single-dose injection devices. The following formats should not be selected for Holiday:

• Mounjaro single-dose injection device
• Zepbound single-dose injection device
• Trulicity single-dose device
• Bydureon BCise

If you use one of these wider devices, consider Odyssey or Intercontinental and check the exact device-specific fit before ordering.

This “Does Not Fit” section is intentionally included because the medication name alone can make two physically different delivery systems appear more similar than they actually are.

These entries refer to selected physical injection-device formats. Do not assume every dose, market version, prefilled syringe or auto-injector sold under the same product name has identical dimensions.

How to Confirm Your Device Before Ordering

1. Check the Full Product and Device Name

Record the medication name, dose and delivery-device format whenever possible. For some products, the same medication family may be available as a pen, KwikPen, single-dose device, auto-injector or prefilled syringe.

2. Measure With the Cap Attached

Measure the device in the condition you actually plan to carry. Use the full length and widest external diameter rather than measuring only the medication cartridge or internal component.

3. Include the Protective Barrier

Holiday is compact, so the protective pouch or another suitable barrier should be included when evaluating real-world fit.

4. Confirm That the Lid Closes Naturally

The lid should close without excessive force. Do not compress, bend or force an injection device into the cooler.

5. Move Up a Size When Needed

If Holiday does not provide enough usable space, compare the Odyssey Fit Guide or Intercontinental Fit Guide rather than forcing a larger device into Holiday.

Choose Holiday when one confirmed compatible device is enough and compact size is the priority. Choose Odyssey or Intercontinental when your device is wider, you need to carry multiple compatible devices, or you need more internal space.

• Holiday is designed for 1 compatible injection device.
• Fit refers to the physical delivery device, not the medication ingredient itself.
• Device dimensions can vary by dose, country, product version and delivery system.
• A medication name appearing on the fit list should not be applied automatically to every device version sold under that name.
• Protective pouches and packing arrangement use part of the available internal space.
• Do not force a device into Holiday if the lid cannot close naturally.
• Physical fit does not determine whether a medication requires refrigeration or another specific storage condition.
